Vodafone’s Digital Badge Privacy Supplement

In this Privacy Supplement (Privacy Supplement), we explain how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you use the Digital Badge. The Digital Badge enables employees and contractors to access to the office building in Luxembourg.  

This Privacy Supplement must be read in addition to the Vodafone Employee/Contractors Privacy Notice.

What personal data we collect:

· Basic personal data, such as name (incl. surname, first name), title, work e-mail address;

· Data from the device, such as make and model of device, OS version;

· Location data (device-based location)

How we use your personal data

Your personal data will be used by our processors on behalf of Vodafone to provide access into the office building.

How long we keep your personal data

We keep your personal data for no more than 30 days after the termination of your agreement with Vodafone.
