Below there are some information about your personal
data management related to the use of the application in question and the
services provided therein, in accordance with Article 13 of the General
Regulation concerning the protection of individuals, regarding the processing
of personal data n. 2016/679 (hereafter GDPR) and of the opinion n. 2/2013 of
the Working Group art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC.
CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
A)
Personal data collected through automated tools
Application usage data
The computer systems and software procedures used to
operate this application acquire, during their normal operation, some personal
data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication
protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects
but, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held
by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP address or the
domain name of the device you uses, the addresses of the requested resources in
the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, the time of the request, the
method used to submit the request to the server , the size of the file obtained
in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by
the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating
system and the IT environment of your device.
This data is used for the sole purpose of providing
access to the application functionalities and is deleted immediately after
processing.
The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in
case of hypothetical computer crimes against the owner.

Personal data provided by the customer
On the registration page you will be asked to provide email
and password that will be stored in the App. They represent your login
credentials to use the App itself.
WHY WE USE YOUR DATA
We collect your personal data for the management of
your registration to the App, to allow the use of its features, for its
technical management. Our access to your data may be made only to provide
services, prevent or resolve technical/service problems, and at your request
for issues related to customer support.
These data are not in any way shared, sold, granted in
use for hiring or marketed with third parties for promotional purposes.
DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD
Personal data are kept “for a period of time not
exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed”
(Article 5, paragraph 1, letter e). In general, we keep your personal data only
for the time necessary to provide the requested services.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to request the limitation on the
processing of your personal data, their deletion, correction of inaccurate
data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing in the
cases provided by art. 18 GDPR, as well as the opposition to the processing in
the hypothesis of legitimate interest of the holder.
Furthermore, if the data processing is based on
consent or on the contract and is carried out with automated tools, you are
entitled to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and automatically
readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit them to
another holder without impediments.
Interested parties have the right to lodge a complaint
with the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State in which they
reside habitually or work or of the State in which the alleged violation has
occurred.
DATA IN THE MOBILE APP
Through this mobile App it is possible to get information
or access the data stored on users’ devices in order to
provide services related to the mobile Application. For example, access the
camera on the user's device to allow him to upload photographs of the services
performed, rather than accessing the geographical location of the device to
record the location of an activity performed. The App could transmit
information to and from devices to provide services related to the mobile app
itself.
The App may provide information regarding the use of
services by users, information regarding the interaction of users with the App,
information that could be used to provide and improve the services of Mobile
Applications. Customers can configure the services of the mobile App and the
information accessible or obtained from the App on the device can be influenced
by the customer's configuration.
Notices and contractual terms relating to a specific
mobile App can be found in the license agreement for the user or in the
relevant terms of service for that application. It is advisable to examine the
license agreement or the related terms of service for any App downloaded,
installed, used or with which the user has interacted, to learn the procedures
related to the information processing of such Mobile Application.
