Informativa ai sensi dell’art. 13 Regolamento UE 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

La informiamo che, ai sensi del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (infra: “Regolamento” o “GDPR”), i suoi dati personali come di seguito definiti saranno trattati da Marchesini Group S.p.A. ("Marchesini”), in qualità di titolare del trattamento (“Titolare”) anche mediante i soggetti autorizzati ex art. 29 del GDPR.

1. QUALI DATI PERSONALI POSSONO ESSERE RACCOLTI

1. Dati di contatto: denominazione della ditta presso cui lavora;

2. Dati anagrafici: nome, cognome, tipo e numero del documento di identità; di seguito congiuntamente definiti “Dati Personali”.

2. COME POSSONO ESSERE TRATTATI I DATI PERSONALI E PER QUALI FINALITA’ POSSONO ESSERE UTILIZZATI

I suoi Dati Personali saranno trattati da Marchesini per le seguenti finalità:

a. consentire l’accesso presso gli stabilimenti Marchesini e ai relativi uffici. La base giuridica del trattamento dei Suoi dati Personali è l’art. 6, comma 1, lettera f) del GDPR per il legittimo interesse della Società di garantire la tutela del patrimonio aziendale e la sicurezza delle persone che vi accedono. Il conferimento dei Suoi Dati Personali è obbligatorio, poiché in difetto non saremo in grado di consentirle l’accesso presso gli stabilimenti Marchesini e ai relativi uffici.

b. aggiornare il CRM System aziendale.

La base giuridica del trattamento dei Suoi dati Personali è l’art. 6, comma 1, lettera a) del GDPR. Prestando il suo consenso lei acconsente affinché Marchesini Group S.p.A. possa restare in contatto con lei e la sua azienda in modo continuativo, attraverso strategie di marketing orientate al miglioramento della relazione commerciale in essere.

3. A CHI POSSONO ESSERE COMUNICATI I DATI PERSONALI

I Suoi Dati Personali saranno trattati pe le finalità di cui all’articolo 2; i dati potranno pertanto essere condivisi con le società controllate e/o collegate del Gruppo Marchesini. I suoi Dati Personali non saranno trasferiti all’estero.

4. COME SONO MANTENUTI SICURI I DATI PERSONALI

Il Titolare utilizza tutte le misure di sicurezza necessarie al miglioramento della protezione e alla manutenzione della sicurezza, dell’integrità e dell’accessibilità dei Dati Personali. I Dati Personali sono conservati su server protetti accessibili ed utilizzabili in base agli standard e alle policy di sicurezza del Titolare.

5. PER QUANTO TEMPO SONO CONSERVATI I DATI PERSONALI

I suoi Dati Personali saranno conservati esclusivamente per il periodo di tempo necessario alle finalità di cui all’articolo 2) della presente informativa.

Ricorrendone i presupposti, Lei ha il diritto di chiedere al Titolare:

• l’accesso ai Suoi Dati Personali;

• la rettifica dei Dati Personali;

• la cancellazione dei Dati Personali per i quali il Titolare non abbia più alcun presupposto giuridico per il trattamento.

L’esercizio di tali diritti è gratuito e non è soggetto a vincoli di carattere formale. Nel caso in cui Lei esercitasse uno qualsiasi dei summenzionati diritti, sarà onere del Titolare verificare che Lei sia legittimato ad esercitarlo e darle riscontro, di regola, entro un mese.

In ogni caso lei ha sempre diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, ai sensi dell'art. 77 del Regolamento, qualora ritenga che il trattamento dei suoi dati sia contrario alla normativa in vigore, utilizzando i riferimenti disponibili sul sito internet www.garanteprivacy.it , o di adire le opportune sedi giudiziarie.

Privacy statement pursuant to article 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

We inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (infra: "Regulation" or "GDPR"), your personal data as defined below will be processed by Marchesini Group S.p.A. (“Marchesini"), as data controller ("Controller") also through the authorized subjects pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR.

1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COLLECTED

1. Contact details: name of the company where you work;

2. Personal data: name, surname, type and number of the identity document hereinafter jointly referred to as "Personal Data".

2. HOW THE PERSONAL DATA CAN BE PROCESSED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES THEY CAN BE USED

Your Personal Data will be processed by Marchesini for the following purposes:

a. to allow access to Marchesini factories and related offices. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR for the legitimate interest of the Company to guarantee the protection of company assets and the safety of the people who access them. The provision of your Personal Data is mandatory, since in default we will not be able to allow you access to the Marchesini factories and related offices.

b. to update CRM system.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR. By giving your consent, you allow Marchesini Group S.p.A. to be able to keep in touch with you and your company on an ongoing basis, through marketing strategies aimed at improving the existing business relationship.

3. TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED

Your Personal data will be processed for the above-mentioned reasons in article 2. Personal Data might be shared with subsidiaries and other companies part of Marchesini Group. Your Personal Data will not be transferred abroad.

4. HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS KEPT SECURE

The Controller uses all the security measures necessary to improve the protection and maintenance of the security, integrity and accessibility of Personal Data. Personal Data are stored on protected servers that are accessible and usable according to the standards and security policies of the Owner.

5. HOW LONG THE PERSONAL DATA ARE KEPT

Your Personal Data will be kept exclusively for the period of time necessary for the purposes referred to article 2) of this statement.

• access to your Personal Data;

• rectification of Personal Data;

• cancellation of Personal Data for which the Controller no longer has any legal prerequisite for the processing.

The exercise of these rights is free and is not subject to formal constraints. If you exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it will be the responsibility of the Data Controller to verify that you are entitled to exercise it and to reply, as a rule, within one month. In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force, using the references available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it, or to take the appropriate judicial offices.
