Mobile App Privacy Policy
Dear User,The data controller, BioRep S.r.l., with registered office at Via Olgettina, 60 c/o DIBIT 2 Palazzina San Michele | 20132 Milan, is required to provide you withthe following information regarding the processing of your personal data in connection with the use of this application and the services provided therein, pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) and Opinion No. 2/2013 of the Working Party pursuant to Article 29 of Directive 95/46/EC.
CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
A) Personal data collected through automated toolsApplication usage dataThe computer systems and software procedures used to operate this application acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.This category of data includes the IP address or domain name of the device you are using, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system and IT environment of your device.This data is used solely to provide you with access to the application's features and is deleted immediately after processing.The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the data controller.
B) Personal data provided by the customerOn the registration page, you will be asked to provide your email address and password, which will be stored in the App. These are your login credentials for using the App.
WHY WE USE YOUR DATA
We collect your personal data to manage your registration on the App, to enable the use of its features, and for technical management. We may access your data only for the purpose of providing services, preventing or resolving technical or service issues, or at your request for customer support matters.This data is not shared, sold, rented, or marketed to third parties for promotional purposes.
DATA RETENTION PERIODPersonal data is retained "for a period of time not exceeding the purposes for which it is processed" (Art. 5, paragraph 1, letter e). In general, we retain your personal data only for the time necessary to provide the requested services.
YOUR RIGHTSYou have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, its deletion, the rectification of inaccurate data, the completion of incomplete data, the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Art. 18 of the GDPR, and the right to object to processing in the event of the data controller's legitimate interest.Furthermore, where processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means, data subjects have the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance.Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State in which they habitually reside or work, or in the State in which the alleged infringement occurred (Italian Data Protection Authority).
DATA IN THE MOBILE APPThis mobile app may obtain information or access data stored on users' devices in order to provide services related to the mobile app. For example, accessing the camera on the user's device to allow them to upload photographs of services performed, or accessing the device's geographic location to record the location of an activity performed. The app may transmit information to and from devices in order to provide services related to the mobile app itself.The App may provide information regarding users' use of the services, information regarding users' interactions with the App, and information that may be used to provide and improve mobile application services. Customers can configure the mobile app's services, and the information accessible or obtained from the App on the device may be affected by the customer's configuration.The notices and contractual terms relating to a particular mobile app may be found in the user license agreement or the applicable terms of service for that application. We recommend that you review the license agreement or applicable terms of service for any app you download, install, use, or otherwise interact with to learn about the information processing practices of that mobile application.
DELETION OF ACCOUNTS AND ASSOCIATED DATASend an email requesting "Deletion of account and associated data" to privacy@gullivernet.comWe will delete your personal data from our systems. Deletion may occur according to the data controller's instructions, as indicated in the privacy policy provided to you when the data was collected. The deletion process will be completed no later than 30 days after your request is submitted.
